WARNING: Incorrect placement of AA batteries into certain LeadCare® Blood Lead Analyzers may cause the batteries to overheat. Users could burn their fingers if the batteries are removed while hot.

Acknowledge receipt of the notification, as required by the FDA. Complete, sign and return the pre-addressed, postage-paid card included with the label. OR download the form to be faxed or emailed.


Remove the battery cover and
follow the instructions and markings for proper battery placement. Batteries should NOT be stored in the analyzer if battery power is not being used.

When you receive the battery warning label,
place the label on the upper back panel of your analyzer(s) to remind users of the importance of correct battery placement. 
 

Include proper battery placement in annual training
and in new user training.
